The meeting was at the home of Bruce and Pam Foshay. It was in conjunction with a party After gathering and visiting for 3 hours, the meeting was called to order at 5pm by Commodore Bill Brock

17 boats were represented

Guests: Ted Jones, Ron Judson & Kathy Denno and Lorna Safford were also present

The Minutes of the November, meeting were not available.

The treasurer’s report was accepted. The balance in the treasury was $2218.95 and the orginization has 80 members.

Nominations for officers for next year were opened. Those nominated were:

Since no one was opposed, the nominations were unanimously approved
