    Other Business:
Website passwords, "water"(old, will be phased out) and "rudder" (new one) are both working.

Boat Insurance: Boat US: check coverage for trailoring locations, not all areas are covered.

Jack: can show how to use cell phones which are web enabled for NOAA access.

Rani: proposed workshops on Lake Champlain rendevous: Cruising Spinnaker use, Weather for sailors. Barbara will be presenting a workshop on weather at the Women's Sailing Assoc. weekend at the beginning of June in Marblehead and can use that material for Champlain.Tony and Jack can lend a hand with the weather workshop.

Rick: will post new items on the website, which looks great.

Barbara: Gave a review of the Strictly Sail boat show in Philadelphia which she, Tony, Pam & Bruce Foshay, Rich & Lynn Clough, Bill & Siobhan Baines, and Bob Chase all attended. Tony and Barbara presented a workshop on Trailor Sailing. The Strictly Sail show will stay in Philly for the next 2 years. This year is was Thurs and Sunday, Jan 20-23. All the workshops were fantastic, though attendance was down due to snow storms. Attendance was easy, as the $99 a night hotel was connected to the show by a covered walkway.
Tony began the workshop talking for 20 minutes about trailering, while showing Power Squadron slides.
Barbara continued with an hour of 150 slides of club photos, showing what you can see and do when trailer sailing, as well as where you can go. The idea was to give people a sense of the possibilities in New England. Despite the poor turn out, those who attended were able to benefit from meeting one another and connecting.

Possibly present the workshop for our next meeting.

The meeting adjourned at 11:55, and several members attended the Boat Show at the convention center.

    Respectfully submitted,
    Rani Chadowitz
