Ed Goodhue, Vice Commodore presided. Meeting called to order at 11:45 AM
Treasurers Report read by Ed Goodhue as Treasurer unable to attend.
Balance is $2614.10
43 old members and 15 new members paid dues as of this date.
Motion to accept Treasurers report by Bill Bell
Seconded by Al Hill
OLD BUSINESS:
Bill asked how members communicated with each other. Ed’s reply was E-mail. He reminded all of the many features within our web site.
Motion from Roger to express appreciation for the GREAT JOB with our web site that Rick Dieffenbach has done.
Seconded by Ed and unanimous by ALL.
Rendezvous information side note. Ed Goodhue, Don Huff, and Dennis Wall are planning on attending a Trailer Sailor Association rendezvous in the North Channel on Lake Huron a week or so after Champlain. Dennis is a new member of NE-TS and both Ed and Dennis are members of TS/A. Any one interested in joining them talk to Ed.
Burgees: Paul Seaberg informed group of the progress he has made with the Burgee project. He explained that a check of $600.00 was needed to begin the making of burgees. A payment of $1,000.00 due on completion. This makes the burgees $16.00 each.
A motion to give a check to Paul and proceed with the making of the burgees by Roger
Seconded by Bill.
Rendezvous’ for 2005 were discussed, with the following dates set:
