I-95/Maine Turnpike to Exit 4 - State Hwy 111 (Alfred St.) to State Hwy 9 (Biddeford Pool Road) (approx. 3.5 mi.). Turn Right proceed approx 2.5 mi. Sign for ramp on left.

10-11 foot tides. Not much floating dock in the water at low tide. River traffic can back up.
